The Launch + Launch 120 Foil Set is the perfect setup to learn to foil. The light board and most stable and user-friendly wings are what you need to practice and have been built with the first-timer in mind.
The Launch Board is naturally buoyant and sits easily in the water, making starts simple. Being light and having a large surface area helps with balance when starting and foiling. The overall width of the board, flat tail rocker, chine rails, and wide shovel nose all help in the process of learning how the foil reacts while riding at a slower speed. The foil track mounting system gives 4″ of travel to adjust the foil depending on rider weight and skill level. Four insert positions allow for foot straps to aid in the ease of the learning process.
The Foil is easy to ride without being too fast and control is simple. The shorter 24″ mast and injection molded stabilizer keeps things slow and balanced when you’re learning to get up.
